Centennial Shores HOA Board Document Database created June 1, 2026

The database uses a unique URL to reach the web page. This page is not password-protected. However, it can only be reached if you have been given the URL as a board member or website admin. It will not be linked anywhere on the HOA website.

How to work with the database documents:

• If it is a new document you want posted here, email it to deb.elstad@gmail.com and she will post it on this page (right column) using the document name you gave it. A new document will say ‘Original’. 
• If you want to view or edit a document on this page, click on the link and it opens a new page. Click on that document name link and it will download to your device.
• You may edit the document as you wish and save it adding your name and date using this title pattern: name of doc, your first name, date. Example: Document Name-Mark-7-1-26
• Once you have saved the copy you want to share with the Board, email it to deb.elstad@gmail.com and she will post it on this same page using the document name you gave it. She will post it below the existing document as “Revision” with different author and date. (see examples on right column)
• If the document is published on the website for viewing only, it will be made into a PDF and no editing will be possible by either the Board, the public or members. The listing will indicate it is PDF. Contact Deb if you have questions about any PDF document.
