HOA Individual Logins and IP Concerned Citizens Group
Individual logins to the For Members portion of the website are being sent to those members that have email addresses on file with the HOA. After January 1st, everyone will need an individual login set up to reach this page and HOA member only information. The common login will be discontinued. If you did not receive an email with new login instructions by December 1st, use the Contact Us form and request one.
Concerned citizens of Island Park are working with the state transportation department giving them feedback on highway safety problems that need to be addressed. The IP group has been successful in getting the commissioners, and now Fremont County Planning and Zoning to have their meetings put on youTube for all of us to tune into. The county website will also post the time and how to tune in. There is an article in the IP News paper, thanks to Ann Anthony, to keep people informed.
The group is also working on improving responsible rentals with information on permitting, noting different problems and successes that people are having. The group is under Teri Ehresman: islandpark723@gmail.com. Find the group on Facebook: Involved Property Owners of Island Park. It has great information and people can always reach out to Marilyn Fife with any concerns or suggestions they feel need to be addressed in our beautiful part of the county.
Our needs are much different than those in the rest of the county and we do not having the representation we need. There has been huge turnouts at the meetings and the county and the State transportation departments are hearing the group’s messages loud and clear. Also ask people to keep an eye on your neighbors as there has been some graffiti showing up in some neighborhoods, including Centennial Shores, so we need to watch for any unusual activity. Use the Contact Us webform if you have additional concerns or questions for the HOA Board.
